A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of deception.
29-year-old Leo Craig Dale, of Drury Terrace, denied the charge during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday.
It’s alleged he deceived a woman out of more than £1,000 for painting and decorating work on August 9 th last year.
A pre-trial review will take place on September 13 th - he’s been bailed until that date.
