A doctor from Castletown will stand trial after denying failing to provide a breath sample.
60-year-old Alison Margaret Blackman, of Douglas Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week.
She entered a not guilty plea to the charge of failing to provide at Police Headquarters on May 18th.
The court heard police had stopped her on Vicarage Road on suspicion of drink driving.
A pre-trial review will take place on August 14th - she's been bailed until that date.
