A busy road in Douglas is shut until later this afternoon while tree felling takes place.
The Department of Infrastructure says Quarterbridge Road is shut between Alexander Drive and Selborne Drive.
The emergency closure is part of clear-up work following severe gale force winds at the weekend.
The road is due to reopen by 3pm.
