The Island's Treasury Minister says he believes his recent meeting with UK Chancellor George Osborne has helped strengthen mutual understanding between the two governments.
Eddie Teare said Mr Osborne was "well briefed" on the Isle of Man and demonstrated a good understanding of the Island's business dealings.
The meeting took place in Tokyo last week at the largest annual gathering of the world's finance leaders.
