Treasury Minister Dr Alex Allinson says he'll be considering changes to child benefits and National Insurance UK after Chancellor Jeremy Hunt announced his budget this week.
After the UK child benefit threshold changed, Dr Allinson says he'll review the Island's child benefit and income tax thresholds in next year's budget.
Child benefit rates were increased across the board in the Manx budget.
And following Mr Hunt's announcement of a 2p cut to UK National Insurance rates, he says he's looking at potential changes to Manx NI for discussion by Tynwald in spring.
