Government has announced more information on financial assistance to support those on the lowest incomes as well as middle income families.
Treasury has revealed the timetable for its £300 Energy Support Payment.
This follows the launch last month by Treasury Minister David Ashford of two financial schemes in response to a further 58% increase in gas prices.
The payment will be rolled out first to people receiving Jobseeker's Allowance between 21 and 28 April.
Those receiving Income Support and Employed Person's Allowance will receive the extra money between 28 April and 12 May.
