The government says it's investigating a problem which is stopping people topping up travel cards.

Anybody who needs to add money to their card can still do so at the Welcome Centre in Douglas, Ronaldsway Airport, Port Erin Station, the House of Manannan in Peel or Ramsey Bus Depot.
