A section of South Quay in Douglas looks set to be transformed if a new planning application is given the green light.
South Quay Commercial Ltd, based in Duke Street, wants to convert the former Trafalgar pub and neighbouring industrial units.
In their place would be flats, shops, offices, a gym and a wine bar as well as a swimming pool.
The company says it would provide a total of 71 car parking spaces for residents and businesses.
