Repair works to the Snaefell tram line will total £150,000.
Extreme rain and flooding caused the landslip, which happened along a 60-metre stretch of cliff adjacent to the tram lines.
It was still possible to operate the line this season with the use of temporary points that staff installed prior to the TT.
