A former school in Castletown could become a new 85-home housing estate under a new planning application.
Hartford Homes says it wants to demolish the Buchan School buildings on Arbory Road.
In its place would be a total of 85 homes, with 21 of those designated as affordable.
The Buchan School moved to the King William's College site last November.
