The investigation into what caused a tram to derail last month has been concluded.
The Manx Electric Railway tram toppled onto its side during a routine shunting manoeuvre, which was carried out near to the Laxey Station.
There were no passengers on board.
Transport engineers have established the incident resulted from a failure by staff to follow the operating procedure.
The tram driver involved has since resigned and the matter has been declared closed.
