Traffic restrictions will be in place at the bottom of Richmond Hill from today as roadworks begin there.
A project is underway to improve surface drainage, particularly in winter months.
As a result, temporary 24-hour two-way traffic lights will be in place until the end of the working day on Tuesday, May 11.
After that, the lights will be removed before being brought back in again on Thursday, May 20 - until around July 24 the stretch will be open to two-way traffic but controlled by the lights 24/7 and a 30mph speed limit will be in place.
