Road closures will be in operation during the afternoon and evening in Douglas on Saturday for the soapbox race.
Parts of Upper Church Street; Church Street; Barrack Street and Athol street will be closed to both traffic and pedestrians.
Meanwhile, sections of Hope Street and Myrtle Street, along withe full lengths of Nelson Street and John Street will shut.

Upper Church Street, between Circular Road and Athol Street;
Church Street, between Athol Street and Barrack Street;
Barrack Street, between Upper Church Street and the entrance/exit of the lower level
car park at Shaws Brow;
