A community space in Dalby could accommodate TT visitors, if a planning application is successful.
The Dalby community hub, next door to the village's church, has applied for permission to be used as tourist accommodation.
In the application, the hub's trustees say some improvements have already been made at the former schoolmaster's home.
Now, they're hoping to offer hostel accommodation, particularly during the Island's two main racing festivals.
