There could be more changes on the way to the centre of Castletown, with a new planning application at Callow's Yard.
The latest proposals for the site, which has seen 16 planning applications in the past 18 years, would see residential apartments turned into visitor accommodation.
The Courtyard Ltd, based in Callow's Yard, says it wants the additional use for 22 apartments.
If permission is granted, they'd join 38 apartments which already provide tourist accommodation.
