One of the Island's hardest sporting challenges will get underway in the north this afternoon.
The Tough Mann Adventure Challenge is taking place in Ballaugh starting at 1pm.
Well over 400 competitors will be taking on the 10-kilometre obstacle course race, with dozens more facing the 20Km challenge.
