Entries open today for one of the Island's newest and most demanding sporting events.
Last month's inaugural Tough Mann challenge saw more than 300 people tackle the course at Ballamoar Farm in Ballaugh.
The 10K course is set across differing terrain with numerous obstacles for participants to negotiate.
Next year's event isn't until August but organisers are already promising even more extreme challenges.
Tough Mann is open to both individuals and teams with forms available from the event's website.
