Former motorcycle champion James Toseland has encouraged men on the Island to be cancer aware.
He took part in Manx Cancer Help’s Marathong event on Friday in his role at patron of the charity.
The event saw runners taking to the streets of Douglas in their underwear to raise money and awareness.
James says it’s not the fist awareness initiative he’s been involved with and says there was an important message behind it:
