Chief Minister Alf Cannan says it's difficult to say if the end of NHS England will have an effect here.
He was quizzed onthe issue by Onchan MHK Julie Edge in the House of Keys this week.
Mr Cannan answered on behalf of Health Minister Claire Christian, said not fundamental changes changes are expected.
But he added the UK Government is still revealing its plans and so it's too early to talk about effects here:
