Public toilets in Castletown were hit by anti-social behaviour yesterday.
The ladies bathroom was covered in toilet paper and cheese string wrappers.
Castletown Commissioners says it has been dealing with low level anti-social behaviour at all of its public toilets.
It says dealing with these incidents ties up its staff from dealing with more productive matters around the town.
