The organisers for the Commonwealth Youth Games are having one final push for volunteers this weekend.
They recently reached their target of 800 volunteers with jobs now delegated, however they have discovered they need roughly 150 more and with training sessions already underway time is running out.
Organiser Geoff Karran has said the helpers are integral to the running of the games and without their achieved target things will be very difficult for them.
With the games now only just over a month away Mr Karran said they are struggling to fill up the remaining posts.
