The Steam Packet company says all its sailings until at least Wednesday have been disrupted by tidal conditions.
All of the Manxman's Tuesday sailings will leave Douglas half an hour to an hour later than planned, while it will set out from Heysham an hour earlier.
On Wednesday morning, her 2.15am sailing from Heysham will leave port at 1am.
The company says the reschedulings have had to be made because of tidal conditions in Douglas harbour.
