Three paddleboarders had a lucky escape at the weekend after they were rescued as they were being carried out to sea.
The incident happened just after midday on Saturday in Laxey Bay.
Douglas Lifeboat and a Coastguard Helicopter were alerted but a small boat managed to tow them back to shore.
The paddle boarders were none the worse for their ordeal.
