Fire crews from three stations attended a fire in the South earlier this morning at a dental practice.
Rushen, Castletown, and Douglas firefighters were called to a fire in Orchard Road, Port Erin just after 1 am.
Crews arrived to find flames coming out of the ground floor windows and cylinders exploding, with all residents outside the property.
Once the fire was put out, the building was checked over with thermal image cameras and the smoke was cleared with a ventilation fan.
Manx Care has announced that all dental appointments have been cancelled due to the incident and patients will be contacted in due course for rearrangements.
