Police had to close the Mountain road three times in five hours yesterday after a series of incidents on the route.
The first happened just after 10.30am when an incident at Windy Corner closed the road from the Bungalow to Creg ny Baa.
Three hours later, a rider came off at the Bungalow, and officers shut the road while they swept debris from the road surface.
And just six minutes after it reopened, it closed again - this times after a biker came off their machine at Brandywell.
