Thousands of pounds worth of NI and Income tax fines handed out

A Douglas firm has been charged over £13,000 for failure to pay National Insurance contributions for employees.

A Douglas firm has been charged over £13,000 for failure to pay National Insurance contributions for employees. The company was also ordered to pay hundreds of pounds in costs in fines

Six companies and individuals have also been ordered to pay back over £3000 in fines and costs, imposed by magistrates, for not submitting Income Tax forms on time.

Convictions were recorded for all defendants.
