Manx Care says inconsiderate drivers are forcing cancer patients to walk across the main hospital car park.
The organisation took to Facebook to issue a plea for people to move their vehicles from the Noble's Hospital oncology car park.
It says the area is reserved for oncology patients but they and their carers are being caused unnecessary stress and discomfort because other motorists are taking up the spaces.
Manx Care is asking people to keep the spaces available for those who need them most.
