The doctors strike that was meant to start tomorrow has been deferred.
The Health and Social Care Minister Claire Christian said in Tynwald that Manx Care and the British Medical Association have agreed to a revised deal around pay.
Ms Christian also says that the new deal is now being considered by the BMA’s members.
She also says the money needed for the pay deal will come from existing budgets.
