This week is your last chance to have a say in the future of the cost of care on the Island.
Government have presented two options, one which provides personal care to whoever needs it at no charge, and the other providing support to those with lower wealth, with those who have higher wealth having to pay more.
It's estimated there are currently 380 people in residential homes, 450 in nursing care homes, and 1,000 in need of care at home on the Isle of Man.
