Respect sea life when swimming in Manx waters.
That's the message from the Manx Wildlife Trust, who is urging you to 'think before you swim.'
The charity says swimming in the sea can physically disturb wildlife and habitats or introduce chemicals into the water from sun cream, shampoo and soap.
You're asked to follow the 'code of conduct' and avoid petting, touching or feeding any wildlife, and keep your distance where possible.
