Things 'on the up' for Douglas high street

That's the message from the Douglas Development Partnership which is confident the town is moving steadily out of the economic downturn which resulted in numerous vacant properties. 

 

Extensive regeneration is currently being carried out in the capital which will see drastic changes made to the entirety of Strand Street throughout the next year.
