Manx Care says the Island's hospitals have seen 30 fires since 2018 - including five which were set deliberately.
A Freedom of Information request asked for details about incidents at Noble's and Ramsey Cottage Hospital including false alarms and problems with fire equipment.
In its response, Manx Care said there'd been one building fire, 12 fires started by cigarettes, five incidents of arson and another dozen fire incidents.
So far this year, there have been just two false alarms and one fire.
