The 11th Manx Bard has been inaugurated.
Bradley Chambers has been named the Island's most worthy poet, having impressed judges with his passion and knowledge of different forms of poetry.
The social work manager from Douglas will now get to work encouraging an appreciation of poetry in the community and and promoting the Isle of Man.
He follows on in the footsteps of the Island's famous national poet and first ever bard, T. E Brown.
