Has Flybe collapsed?
It comes following news Britain’s biggest domestic airline could collapse within days after a slump in bookings triggered by the coronavirus.
Sky News learnt that Flybe renewed a plea for ministers to provide emergency financial support, even as ongoing talks about a state loan on commercial terms appear to have been rejected.
However, now here an ITV reporter - Peter Smith has tweeted he's stuck at Glasgow after Flybe aircrafts have been seized by Airport authorities.
Nearly 50% of flights in and out of the Island are operated by Flybe.
I’ve been told FlyBe aircraft has now been seized here at Glasgow airport. Birmingham to Glasgow FlyBe flight has diverted to Manchester. Staff are being taken off their aircraft and being told the bad news. @itvnews https://t.co/CvVNXjMx4O pic.twitter.com/mImwK3nBpC
