Tesco wants to change the layout of its warehouse, service yard and overflow car park.
The company has applied for planning permission to make the changes at its Lake Road store in Douglas.
In its application, the company says it wants to amend a previous application which was approved in 2019.
Plans show a larger yard would mean removing a landscaped area and around 10 parking spaces.
