Douglas City Centre has celebrated its 2026 Customer Service Champion Awards, with over 5,500 public votes cast.
Out of the eight finalists, Rachel Marsland of Terry’s Tato’s won the top prize for her friendly, welcoming service and dedication to her late uncle’s legacy.
Kenny Susaya from TK Maxx came second, while third place went to Connie Watson of Wine Down.
Douglas Mayor Steven Crellin said it’s wonderful so many people recognise the importance of excellent customer service and its vital role in the city centre’s future.
