Manx National Heritage (MNH) is looking for contractors to repair and refurbish Laxey Wheel.
The work required on the world's largest working water wheel includes masonry repairs, timber replacement and redecoration.
The work, which is expected to cost in the region of £450,000, is expected to take place between November and April 2022.
It's hoped the Laxey Wheel will be ready to welcome visitors early in the 2022 tourism season.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 1 October.
