Police say they’ve arrested a 16-year-old in connection with an unprovoked attack on a man in Ramsey
It follows an appeal for witnesses earlier this week.
A 45-year-old was allegedly approached by the man last Saturday who then threatened to harm him before throwing a drinks can at him.
The teenager who is from the north of the Island has been charged with provoking behaviour.
Police have thanked members of the public for their assistance saying it’s allowed the matter to be brought to a swift and satisfactory conclusion.
