A teenager from Port Erin will appear in court again next month charged with three offences.
Charles Sigley of Bradda Road faces allegations he failed to stop for police, had no R-plates and drove without due care and attention on February 3.
The 18 year old hasn’t yet entered pleas.
His advocate Winston Taylor told the bench there were some details in the case file that needed closer examination.
Magistrates adjourned the case until May 2.
