A winter fire festival planned for the Island's capital next weekend has been called off.
Organisers say they've been forced to make the decision not to go ahead with Oie Houney, which was due to be held on North Quay in Douglas on Saturday, October 24.
The event would have seen a torchlight parade, sword battle and live perfomances.
On Facebook, organisers thanked the public for their support, adding they'll now devote time to planning further events.
