A Douglas teenager will go on trial this summer after denying failing to provide a blood sample to police.
19 year old James Anthony Crook of Falcon Street is alleged to have committed the offence on October 30 last year.
He appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse and had been due to stand trial on April 17.
However, that date was vacated and Mr Crook was granted bail until his next court appearance on July 8.
