A teenager will appear in court next month over allegations he assaulted his girlfriend and damaged a number of items in her home.
18 year old Ethan James Kaighin of Barrule Drive in Onchan was due to appear before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse, but was excused attending because of coronavirus restrictions.
At a previous hearing, he'd pleaded not guilty to assault, criminal damage and provoking behaviour at an address in Mona Terrace in Douglas on September 11 last year.
Mrs Hughes bailed him in the sum of £500 to appear in court again on February 18, on condition he doesn't contact his alleged victim or enter Mona Terrace.
