Teare tells Miliband to do his own research on Island

That's the question we've put to the Treasury Minister in the wake of comments made by Labour leader Ed Miliband earlier this month.

 

He claimed that the Island would be put on an international blacklist if it didn't set up a public register of offshore companies.
