The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure is congratulating Team Isle of Man on its recent victory in the Natwest Island Games.
The 85-strong squad topped the medals table with 36 gold, 36 silver and 25 bronze medals, with hosts Bermuda trailing in second.
The success was the culmination of years of hard work and training, with DCCL Minister Graham Cregeen praising the efforts of coaches, managers and fundraisers who all contributed to the victory.
He says the success in a wide range of disciplines reinforces the message that the Isle of Man is great at many sports.
