Teachers on the Island are to be offered wellbeing training as part of a new programme.
According to the government, they'll learn how to create an inclusive learning environment that supports and nurtures emotional wellbeing for staff and students.
This will be done through a series of workshops led by Head of Education at Microlink, Marius Frank.
There will also be online resources for self-study, which will offer insight into specific areas of interest.
Education Minister Julie Edge says "students and teachers have had a difficult time over the last few years, so it's important that government puts in place the necessary mechanisms to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment."
