A tea room in the west of the Island has announced it's closed down.
Knockaloe Farm Tearoom took to Facebook to break the news, saying Vannin Vets are now using its premises as an office.
It's thanked customers for their support and says it wishes the vets all the best in future.
The other shops at Knockaloe Farm in Patrick are still open as usual.
