Police are investigating an incident involving a taxi and a small red car over the weekend.
At about 11pm on Saturday night the taxi hit a curb causing the blow out of two tyres.
The incident happened at the bottom of Broadway in Douglas.
Police would like to speak particularly to the driver of the car in question, and two pedestrians that the taxi allegedly missed.
