Health Minister David Ashford says workers who still have concerns about their vulnerability to coronavirus should talk to their employer.
The guidance around shielding for medically vulnerable people was scrapped today as lockdown restrictions ease.
During today's press briefing Mr Ashford said although the government advice about shielding was now no longer in force, he understood some people were still worried.
He also appealed to bosses to talk to employees about returning to work, and how companies may be able to accommodate their needs.
