A talk at the Knockaloe Classroom in Patrick next week will explain how farmers can turn stargazing to their advantage.
Howard Parkin, of the Isle of Man Astronomical Society will give a talk titled "The Quest for Darker Skies - the potential for Dark Skies tourism on Manx Farms".
The event takes place on Monday, October 20 from 7.30pm.
