With the festivities now all but over Douglas Borough Council will be
helping households dispose of their natural Christmas Trees over the coming
weekend.
The works teams will be out at designated locations throughout the Saturday and Sunday collecting the trees.
They will then be taken for shredding and recycling.
Douglas Borough Council will reuse the chipped material in the Borough’s parks and gardens and also in Summerhill Glen.
You can take your trees for disposal to the following sites -
